"Farmers’ markets have lots of different fruits and veggies. Each week we try something new."

-Carmen, Champion Mom from Arizona

Carmen made healthy changes because her daughter is important to her. They go to the farmers’ market together and her daughter helps pick out fruits and veggies. Then they prepare fruit and veggie-filled meals at home together. Carmen is a Champion for Change because she’s making a difference in her home.
